As an associate producer on Raven's User Interface team, I am part of the rapidly evolving live-service game that is Call of Duty Warzone. On the UI team, I help manage 30+ team members across art, design, and engineering disciplines. Together we support events such as Monsterverse where Godzilla and King Kong clashed on Warzone's island map. I also oversee the implementation of the very first things users see when they boot Warzone such as our seasonal key art, blade menu, and event tabs.
I contribute to the success of Warzone by obtaining critical information for my team in a timely manner while empowering them to work uninterrupted. I manage a JIRA database often containing hundreds of JIRAs per season, reprioritizing based on issue severity, director feedback, player sentiment, and studio resources. I help my team and managers by initiating and closing time sensitive conversations with studio partners that directly affect feature green lights and the sale of in-game content. I regularly facilitate asset deliveries to retrieve files and information my team needs to complete their work. I also provide value estimates and identify feature tradeoffs so that my team can deliver their best work to our players every update. while striving to minimize developer burnout.To do all this, I work regularly with gameplay, QA, creative directors, marketing, and producers at the other studios affiliated with Warzone.
Modern warfare II and Warzone 2.0

To support the launch of Modern Warfare II, my team and I supplied and implemented marketing assets key to the product's financial success. This included teasers for the game's release, campaign early access, battlepass assets, Warzone 1.0 maintenance screens, and various purchase and install popups.
Warzone Pacific

Leading up to Season 1 launch of Warzone's Caldera map, I oversaw UI tasking for the introduction of new features such as the fighter plane. I also conducted tasking meetings and delegated resources to revamp the operator menus, inventory system, loot cards, player HUD, and more.

During Operation Monarch I oversaw the tasking and legal clearance of dozens of UI assets such as the seasonal cinematic at the video's start and UI for the Monarch S.C.R.E.A.M. device seen at the 33 sec mark.
CoD Black Ops: Cold War

I participated in season 2 onward of the Black Ops: Cold War era of CoD Warzone. I oversaw key features such as the Numbers Event, new perks like Tempered and Combat Scout, updates to progression and social systems, and the Victory of Verdansk sendoff event for the Verdansk map.
Call of Duty: Vanguard
Release - Nov 5, 2021
During Vanguard's launch, I coordinated the step-by-step moments of the in-game reveal to turn on/off a multitude of promotional materials by coordinating with teams across partner studios. My team and I were responsible for delivering UI for new vehicles, operators, and battlepass elements each season. I also oversaw UI for the Festive Fervor Christmas event, the Mercenaries of Fortune event, and more. I even had a hand in Snoop Dogg's appearance as a Warzone operator.
